Just several days remain before the 34th Chess Olympiad starts in Istanbul:

Incidentally, it is worthwhile to recollect a recent (historical! - because it was the first one) game between the leaders of the Ukrainian team (Ivanchuk-Ponomariov, China, September 2000).
Having joined efforts of the site Chess Sector, the site Lviv Chess and both Ukrainian team leaders, we prepared a special file containing comments of Vassily and Ruslan on this exceedingly fascinating duel! The format is zipped cbv. And I also offer for your consideration the detailed textual comments by Ruslan Ponomariov in English and Russian. So, good luck to our Ukrainian teams in Istanbul!
