Goals of the Festival
The festival goal is in opening the new international competition's system for schools with ultimate aim to arrange The World Scholastic Chess Festival among school chess teams and school chess champions. In the framework of the festival will be provided the Congress of the International School Chess Union (it is the open non-profit children's organization which was founded in 1999; ISCU office located in Moscow, Statutes of the ISCU is distributed free) with purpose to create the strategy for international school chess activity in cooperation and under leadership of FIDE and ECU.
 
Festival organizers
Festival organizers are The International School Chess Union and The Town Administration of Sudak, Crimea, Ukraine with co-operation of The European Chess Union and The Ukraine Chess Federation.
