Let's help the Struggling Grandmaster!

Every day grim news come from the chess world... Recently famous players Alexander Khalifman and Alexander Morozevich announced their departure from competitive chess and now it seems that another loss is just round the corner... Outstanding grandmaster and teacher, publisher and author - Alexander Baburin - is at risk to become homeless!
His house, located in one of Dublin's most deprived areas (Blackrock) badly needs repair and is virtually falling apart (see our photo). If we don't stop this process, GM Baburin will have no roof above his head and won't be able to produce his splendid Chess Today newspaper. And this happens on the verge of the launch of two new excellent and much-needed publications - Chess Yesterday and Chess Tomorrow! Let us not allow the brute forces of nature to tamper with plans of our great contemporary! Let's land a helping hand to our favourite Grandmaster!! Please send your money (checks, bank drafts and postal orders) to the following address: Russia, Moscow, Maliy Kazanets Street, bank 'The Point of No Returns', account of Eugene Genkin.

[P.S.]
Chess Today-849 (Letters to the editor): «Alex, I was just curious if the following article is true or a joke because it looks very suspicious as they ask to send money to the third party person including the strange name of the bank... chess-sector.odessa.ua/noreturn.htm It's not clearly seen from the article whether it's a joke or a serious matter and is very confusing! So, just wanted to let you know if you haven't heard about this one. I even saw somewhere this article being referenced as a serious matter on another website. Best,...»;
Alexander Baburin: Well, I am glad our joke worked and confused at least some people. The text was written by my Moscow friend Evgeny, who last summer visited me in my home city - Nizhniy Novgorod.
I showed him the building where I lived the first 25 years of my life. The house is about to be demolished. Evgeny took some photos and later sent me that text (in Russian) which made me laugh. I translated it to English and added that 'strange bank name' - would you transfer money to the bank called 'The Point of No Returns'?! By the way, you can find Russian version of the joke on chess-sector.odessa.ua/dablin.htm
So, guys, take it easy - no need you save 'our great contemporary' and 'our favourite Grandmaster' yet! :-)
