The chess club Kaissa Kharkov, Ukraine (director G.S.Kiktev) organized club championship final in the period April 29 - May 11, 2000. It was 4th Category event with average participants ELO 2333, IM norm 8.0 out from 12 and norm WGM 7.5 points out from 12. First place occupied Ukrainian Champion-99 in the category under-20, Oleg Budnikov who scored 9.5/12. Especially pitilessly he played in the end of tournament, with result 6.5/7. Second came unbeaten Georgy Arzumanian with 9.0/12 - half a point ahead of Evgeny Tomashevsky and Evgeny Vorobiov who both scored 8.5/12 (3rd-4th place). Information: chess club Kaissa
