Conflict in ICT

In 1999, Ukrainian system of Internet Chess Tournaments was opened. Most significant of all ICT tournaments is KFEC (Kohinor-Finance Empire Cup), which enters into a finishing phase and where I accepted participation. (Here is 28 my games in pgn, from them two uncompleted).

Unfortunately, at the end of November - the beginning of December there was a conflict and break between the organizer, ideologist of the project, known chess player Artur Frolov (Kiev) and technical executors from META-X firm (Kharkov) concerning payment of the announced prize-fund at a rate of ten thousand Ukrainian gr.
