Things should go quickly now. Less than a week ago we added full coverage of the Haifa Olympiad and here we go with two more: the Buenos Aires event, greatly supported by Carlos E. A. Drake, and the Malta Olympiad, by courtesy of Geoffrey D. Borg. Especially the latter offers many interesting details that never before came out to the public. To our knowledge no book in English has ever been published on these events making them kind of Olympic black holes. But no more since today! Unfortunately the 1980 bulletin directors followed infamous way adopted at 1974 Olympiad in Nice and almost 1,000 game notations are missing. As usual we count on your support! The all-time statistics and player data have also been updated.
